GründerinnenBONUS

Program description

With the "GründerinnenBONUS" funding program, the state of Berlin grants companies a one-time, additional bonus to increase the proportion of women founding companies and to bring about equal opportunities between female and male entrepreneurs. Funding is provided to companies that have received or will receive a Founders ' Bonus in the calendar year 2023 and that are predominantly made up of female founders or in which the female shareholders hold the majority of the company shares.

The Founders' Bonus amounts to a one-time payment of 10,000 euros per company.

The GründerinnenBONUS is part of an opportunity fund in which the Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Enterprises is working with various measures to overcome structural disadvantages for female founders and to encourage more women to start their own businesses.

The task of the Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Operations is to create the right framework conditions for the economy so that Berlin companies can grow in the face of global competition and so that new companies decide to locate in Berlin. Modernizing the economy ecologically and creating and securing jobs are top priorities.

To ensure that Berlin's economy remains on a growth trajectory, the Senate Administration is relying on the capital's strengths: attractive commercial and industrial locations, a large reservoir of qualified and motivated skilled workers, and impressive creative diversity with a high quality of life.

Deadline

The "GründerinnenBONUS" program, which was successfully launched in 2023 as part of the Opportunities Fund, will be continued in 2024. Work is currently underway to adjust the guidelines due to budgetary constraints. It is therefore not currently possible to submit an application.

Funding criteria

Überwiegend von Frauen geführte Unternehmen, die im Jahr 2023 eine Bewilligung im Basisprogramm GründungsBONUS erhalten haben (Antragsstellung und Bewilligung über die IBB Business Team GmbH), können eine Förderung im GründerinnenBONUS bei der Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Energie und Betriebe beantragen.

• Herunterladen der Antragsunterlagen auf der Programm-Webseite
• Einreichen der Unterlagen an:
  Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Energie und Betriebe
  Referat IV D
  Martin-Luther-Str. 105, 10825 Berlin
• Prüfung des Antrags durch die Senatsverwaltung
• Übermittlung des Bewilligungsbescheids an Antragstellende
• Auszahlung des GründerinnenBONUS

Notwendige Unterlagen:

• Bewilligungsbescheid aus dem Jahr 2023 des Basisprogramms „GründungsBONUS“ (Kopie)
• Antrag GründerinnenBONUS, unterschrieben (Formular steht zum Download zur Verfügung)
• Nachweis darüber, dass die Unternehmen überwiegend aus Gründerinnen bestehen oder Frauen die überwiegenden Geschäftsanteile halten (z.B. Gesellschaftsvertrag, Auszug aus dem Handelsregister etc. in Kopie)
• De-minimis Erklärung im Original (steht zum Download zur Verfügung)

Jury/Decision-making body

Der Bonus wird nach Maßgabe der verfügbaren Haushaltsmittel gewährt. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Förderung besteht nicht.
