What?
Your funded project is up and running. But how do you keep an eye on your costs and expenses? Based on your submitted financial plan, this workshop will provide you with practical tips and tools to keep your finances under control. What could an Excel spreadsheet look like? What do you need to bear in mind when accounting for funding? And how do you deal with a cash box?
Our speaker Rosita Kürbis will introduce you to controlling for artistic projects and help you to develop your own spreadsheet.
As a funding consultant, Rosita Kürbis has been supporting solo self-employed people, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and institutions in funding matters since 2016 and accompanies funded projects and plans at state, federal and EU level.
As a funding consultant, her services include identifying and applying for funding as well as funding management in relation to the administration and controlling of grants.
Rosita Kürbis passes on her knowledge in lectures, workshops, webinars and team training sessions.
Please note: You will need your own laptop with an up-to-date version of Excel and should have previous knowledge of Excel and experience in project management.
